The Design Museum announced this week the nomination for the Designs of the Year 2014, and the list makes for a fascinating read. From a new font developed by a primary school to a gaming app designed to span generations and a series of lifetimes, from architectural commissions worldwide to the most innovative product designs. The full list can be found on the Design Museum website and yesterday saw the launch of their new exhibition which displays all nominations with the thought provoking headline ‘SOMEDAY THE OTHER MUSEUMS WILL BE SHOWING THIS STUFF.’ Worth a visit I think.
