Hotel Indigo is the upscale boutique brand within the IHG portfolio and offers guests a unique hotel experience – the modern design and intimate service associated with a boutique hotel along with the peace of mind and consistency of staying with the world’s largest hotel group.
Hotel Indigo wanted to test various initiatives to enhance their guests’ experience during their stay.
LAW Creative delivered a bespoke display system that complements each individual hotel’s unique style, complete with a series of cards for guests to read at their leisure to:
• create a guide to use to explore the neighbourhood whether their interests are art & culture, attractions, fashion & shopping or nightlife
• top tips of where to eat either during the day or night-time
• showcase the local neighbourhood; guests are encouraged to use the postcards as a momento of their visit or to share their experience with friends and family (with postage paid by the hotel)
• reinforce how the neighbourhood is reflected in the hotel itself in terms of interior design
