Chilli, Chips ‘n’ Cheese

Chilli, Chips ‘n’ Cheese

Today I went to the Ace Cafe London for a business meeting. I risked wearing a suit and if you can survive the Rockers and the heart stopping chilli, chips ‘n’ cheese you’ll find that it’s a really great place. The Cafe was devised, designed and built by and for fellow petrol heads and embraces all things motorcycle, cars and rock ‘n’ roll. The Cafe is large, airy and bright with numerous big bench tables, a full on cafe menu, good coffee and very friendly service. And there is plenty of room in the Cafe’s ample parking lot too. Plenty of room that is until the Wild Angels (the UK’s answer to the Hell’s Angels during the Cafe’s heyday) and Ton-Up Boys turn up to bring the Ace Cafe heritage back to life. The Cafe has an endless schedule of events with emotive names like ‘March of the Teds’, ‘Brighton Burn Up’ and ‘Billy-Half Way To Paradise- Fury Tribute Nite’. And for those looking to join in and embrace the Ace Rock ‘n’ Roll lifestyle, you can get yourself out of your business suit and into a leather jacket available from the Cafe’s fantastic Rocker Shop. Oh and you may need a Triumph or Harley Davidson motorbike too! If you were ‘born to be wild’ try the Ace Cafe London for your next meeting or come to that for just a ‘big breakfast. It’s a whole lot of fun!
