Rarely do we get to sit back and celebrate the great work we produce as marketers. In some ways this story is no exception, yet I admit to feeling a great sense of achievement having been an integral part of the creation and launch of new brand ‘ECOBAT Battery Technologies’, Europe’s largest supplier of specialist batteries and part of the world’s largest producer and recycler of lead.

A clear strategy was developed and briefed by our new client, and LAW Creative was tasked in bringing this to life via a fully integrated campaign consisting of brand new website, brand film, exhibition materials, targeted emails, brochures and trade press ads – culminating in a pan-European launch at global automotive exhibition Automechanika, in Frankfurt, Germany.

The premise for the new brand positioning is ‘The Power of Partnership’, whereby ECOBAT Battery Technologies promise to make their customers’ businesses more successful by not only purchasing goods from them but by the added value they bring due to their expertise, knowledge and superlative service. This notion very much applies to us at LAW Creative too. We work with our clients as extensions to their marketing teams, to exceed their business needs and ensure the bottom-line adds up, generating successful ROI across the creative and ‘disruptive’ projects we deliver. We do this with our clients, for our clients, ensuring it’s a win/win for everyone involved, and believe this to be testament to our average client tenure of nine years.

But back to the story of our new client and the innovative brand we at LAW Creative have helped launch. In addition to clearly delivering the brand positioning ‘The Power of Partnership’, the other key objective of the brief was ensuring the new organisation has pan-European presence. So, we worked hard to deliver all marketing materials across six key European languages – the entire website, new film, all brochures, downloads, emails and ads – all to reach key decision-makers throughout the automotive aftermarket industry, Europe-wide. All designed, produced and deployed within only a few months.
