Voxpop – UK Restaurant Market

So, we all think we know what the average Joe (and Joanna!) likes in a restaurant but there’s no substitute for talking to the people on the street to hear what they really think about the UK restaurant market.

Here at LAW Creative we like to keep our ear to the ground when it comes to what your customers think and want which is why we recently conducted a Voxpop and asked a real cross section of people which restaurant chains they like best, what mattered to them most when eating out and who is ‘doing’ restaurant dining really badly.

You might be surprised to hear that top of the list of importance was a good experience and ambiance, then value, with good food coming way down the priority list! Perhaps it was just too obvious an answer.
